CT mình để nguyên bằng tiếng Anh bên dưới :
Donuts
260g Bread flour
200g. Discard /starter
40g. Milk
40g. Unsalted butter
40g. Sugar
5g. Vanilla extract
4g. Salt
1 Whole Egg & 1 Egg yolk
In a stand mixer, use a spatula to mix & combine all ingredients (except butter )
With a hook attachment, add butter and knead until windowpane
Form a ball, cover & proof until double in size (2 hrs at room temperature 28°c)
Cold retard at 4°c for 3 - 5 hrs
Use a rolling pin to flatten & roll out about 1.5cm thick dough & cut into the shape of 🍩 using ring cutters
Cover & proof until double in size (2hrs)
Fry in the heated oil until golden brown color
Coat the donuts with caster sugar (+ some powdered sugar for the small balls).
